L’entretien d’une chaudi\u00e8re a pour but essentiel d’\u00e9viter les risques d’intoxication au monoxyde de carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce gaz est invisible et inodore. Il provoque des maux de t\u00eate, des naus\u00e9es et des vertiges et peut \u00eatre mortel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est caus\u00e9 par un appareil mal entretenu associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une mauvaise a\u00e9ration du logement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9glementation ne pr\u00e9voit pas de sanction p\u00e9nale en cas de d\u00e9faut d’entretien annuel. Aucune amende n’est donc applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, si vous quittez le logement sans avoir entretenu la chaudi\u00e8re, le bailleur peut retenir le montant de l’entretien sur le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En cas d’accident avec une chaudi\u00e8re mal entretenue, l’assureur peut \u00e9galement refuser d’indemniser la personne concern\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
